Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked to complete your personal details to enable us to process your order. Your information will not be released to third parties.
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and cheques drawn on a UK bank.
Shipping And Handling
A small shipping or postal charge will be added to your order. This will be shown at the time of confirming your order.
Delivery Schedule
We will despatch your order within 2 working days . Delivery to UK addresses should normally take no more than 5 days to arrive, and for International addresses 8 - 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
